Hong Kong Nobel Preschool was founded by Prof. Alice Chiu in 2011 to provide a world-class bilingual early childhood education and serve the community of Hong Kong and across the People's Republic of China. Building on the foundation of Hong Kong-based Parkview International Preschool (PIPS) and Hong Kong Preschool established in 1989 and 1997 respectively, Nobel aims to create a happy, inviting and motivating learning environment when educating our next generation.
